The domain name(s) through which you have accessed the Website is/are owned by B DESTINATION SERVICES. Such domain name(s) may not be used in connection with other content, products and/or services not owned by B DESTINATION SERVICES, nor in any way that may cause confusion among end users or discredit B DESTINATION SERVICES.

2.- ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE 

This Legal Notice sets out the general conditions governing access, browsing, and use of the Website, as well as the content included therein. 

Mere access to the Website, use of the content offered therein, as well as the completion of forms, sending of information requests, queries, complaints, and, in general, any act of a similar nature (especially if carried out through the means available on the Website) will imply, by those browsing the Website, the acquisition of the status of User and the unreserved acceptance of each and every rule included in this Legal Notice. Consequently, every User must carefully read and be aware of the content of this Legal Notice. 

If, for the use, provision and/or contracting of any product or service offered through the Website, the User must register, they will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information, guaranteeing the authenticity of all data entered when completing the forms required to access the relevant products or services. If, as a result of registration, the User must use a password, they undertake to use it diligently and to keep it confidential. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided by B DESTINATION SERVICES and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, nor to allow their use by unauthorized persons. The Website is intended exclusively for companies and professionals who access it to obtain information about the possible contracting of tourist services within the framework of their business or professional activity. Consequently, Users guarantee that they are not acting as consumers or end users under consumer protection regulations. 

3.- USERS OBLIGATIONS  

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the services and content offered by B DESTINATION SERVICES and not to use them for: 

• Carrying out illegal activities or activities constituting a crime, contrary to good faith, morality, and public order, customs, and/or that infringe regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other applicable legal provision. 

• Disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, terrorist-apologetic nature, or that violates human rights. 

• Introducing or spreading data programs (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of B DESTINATION SERVICES, its suppliers, or other Internet users. 

• Transmitting to unauthorized third parties the usernames and passwords, and if their passwords become known to an unauthorized user, they undertake to immediately inform B DESTINATION SERVICES, which reserves the right to modify them to protect the service. The User assumes exclusive responsibility for any improper or fraudulent use of access credentials, even by their employees, if such use has not been notified and blocked by B DESTINATION SERVICES.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B DESTINATION SERVICES does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

B DESTINATION SERVICES is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from errors in the content that may appear on the Website, when provided by third parties and B DESTINATION SERVICES has not been made aware of such errors.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

This Legal Notice and Terms of Use and any relationship arising from its acceptance or related to it shall be governed exclusively by the applicable Spanish law and by the competent jurisdiction. 

However, in cases where the regulations allow the parties to voluntarily submit to a jurisdiction, it is agreed, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Palma, Mallorca, which will have exclusive competence to hear and resolve any dispute arising from or related to this Legal Notice and Terms of Use.
